Microsoft without giving any apparent notice or publishing any information has quietly increased its Incident support cost to almost double, A professional incident at MS US support which used to cost $259 plus taxes, now costs $499 plus taxes. The cost of five incident pack is now $1999 plus taxes. We had an impression that, this will be off business hours support cost but I personally called MS US to confirm the price change and they confirmed the price changed from 20 Nov 2014. However the positive development is that the, Off business hour support is also costs the same.
We at Pledge Technologies are also considering revision of price, however as of now, we are providing support incident at the same price of $124.99
